SPECIFICATIONS:

Provided in dropper bottles; boiling range (1000 hPa) : 300-400°C; density (d20°/4°) : 0.818-0.875; dyn. Viscosity : min. 25-80 mPa s (20°C); DNases and RNases activities not detected. 

     

USE:

one drop of mineral oil loaded on top of the PCR* reaction mixture avoids evaporation at high temperature. However, to increase both specificity and yield of PCR* amplification reactions it is highly recommended to use GENAWax™ system.

 STORAGE:

    store at room temperature.
