dNTPs solutions and mixes (Deoxynucleotide Triphosphates)

Genaxis Biotechnology deoxynucleotide triphosphates are supplied as sodium salts in buffered, stabilized, time-saving, ready-to-use solutions at a final concentration of 100mM. They can be directly used in DNA sequencing, cDNA synthesis, labeling and PCR* techniques. Each deoxynucleotide triphosphate is guaranteed for its high purity (>98% triphosphate form), free of nuclease activities and rigorously controlled. They are supplied in purified water, available as individual products or in a convenient mix containing dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP. The pH of the solutions is adjusted to 7.0 and their stability guaranteed for long term storage (at least one year).
