SPECIFICATIONS:

a 2.5 mg/ml pre-mixed solution of linear polyacrylamide in molecular biology grade water; DNases activities are not detected.   

     

 USE:

Linear polyacrylamide is an inert alternative to glycogen (or other carriers) used as an very efficient aid to precipitation of DNA fragments. It is supplied in 1 ml packing size which is sufficient for 200 precipitations.
