Custom DNA sequencing

ORDERING INFORMATION: To order our Sequencing services please download the order form sheet, complete it and send it togehter with your template-DNA (Plasmid, Cosmid, PCR-fragment etc.) direct to your local Genaxis office or distributor.

Please pay attention to the pretended Primer- and Template-concentrations:

    Plasmid >3 µg (200 ng/µl)
    Vector (Clonig site / Insert size)
    Cosmid >9 µg (600 ng/µl)
    Standard-Primer (free of charge)
    PCR-fragment >1 µg (50 ng/µl) for ~1000 bp
    PCR-fragment >0,5 µg (25 ng/µl) for ~500 bp
    PCR-fragment >0,3 µg (20 ng/µl) for ~200 bp
    Primer (each) 5 µl (10 pmol/µl) 18 - 25 mer

Send your DNA only dissolved in Water (not in buffer !) and use the same name and marks on sample-tube and order-form.
